Improve hip rotation, range of motion in the shoulders, and back stability, leading to more powerful and accurate golf shots. Full body exercises that work all muscles and are easy on the joints. The end result is a flexible, symmetrical body that is strengthened from the inside out.

Whether torqueing the body on a drive, squatting down to measure a putt, or bending over to pick up a ball, if you’re a golfer you’re constantly using your body in a fairly unnatural way. And walking 18 holes on a pro-length golf course is definitely a workout that requires good stamina.
