Chrissy Anderson

Chissy is a graduate of Align Pilates. Chrissy says,” I have always enjoyed all aspects of physical fitness and body movement.
I was diagnosed with scoiosis at a young age and needed spine surgery. Because of this, I struggled with
alignment, range of motion, and overall body strength. I started practicing Pilates about 10 years ago, and fell
in love. I was amazed at how much it improved my alignment, energy, and strength and gave me a great
awareness of my own body. Pilates has relieved by chronic back pain and allowed me to move with ease and develop strength I didn’t know I was capable of. Pilates has been a great gift to me in many ways. I look forward to and enjoy helping others achieve strength and awareness in their own bodies.”

Michelle Chamlin
