We believe in Small Group Classes – If you are taking an equipment class (Reformer, etc.) with more than 5 people and a mat class with more than 8, your practice is being compromised. Our philosophy is hands-on and eyes on – your practice is only as good as what your teacher can see and can help you with. Is your teacher new to teaching Pilates? There should be even less people in a class.
Our equipment class ratio is 3 or 4:1 and mat-based classes are 6:1. Our instructors are knowledgeable with many years of experience and are all PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certified. If apprentice teachers (1 year of training with certificate) are teaching, prices are reduced.
You may be paying a few dollars less per class, but is it worth it?
